This is my second MKC knife. The drop was announced a day or two after I purchased my first. I love the size, look, and I will support almost anything with Mike Rowe.
I waited with the page open while at a Scout meeting to be able to grab one and lucky I did as they sold out of the green and black within minutes. MKC knives are top notch.

So I got this knife, I wanna say 80% because MKC and Mike Rowe do some stuff I believe in. 20% because it looked like a nice knife.
Well fudge. This knife is freaking practical to carry around. Fits in the pocket, fits in the hand beautifully, cuts like a son of a gun. Every time I turn around I am using it for something. It has become an every day carry because it is so good at doing what I do. The stupid lanyard hole? Freaking perfect. Already had to use it twice to lower it into hole for some knuckle head who “lost” or “forgot” their knife. I used it once for a wrist lanyard because I was working upside down and didn’t want to drop it. This blade has more of a belly to it than most of the MKC knives. I love that, so much more useful for cutting and scraping everything from wire or rope, hypalon and insulation to cutting up sandwich meat for lunch.
It is a fantastic tool and makes me smile knowing I supported someone else's mission.

My second MKC purchase and couldn’t be happier. I saw the Mike Rowe foundation and wanted this edc even more given who makes and who endorsed. On me at all times and I’ve sliced metal cans like I was using a scalpel on butter, still shaves paper like a laser beam, and is so balanced in my hand it literally doesn’t budge if you open your hand… perfectly balanced on my fingers as if I was still gripping it. Terrific craftsmanship and this lives up to the promise.
