I love this knife! A new favorite!

I’ve been carrying folding knives of decent quality (Spyderco, Benchmade, some others) for several decades.

Occasionally, I’ve found some good compact fixed-blade knives that were comfortable for pocket carry. The thinking is that a fixed-blade knife is stronger and often more ergonomic than a folder is, and I can’t argue with that.

The Rocker by MKC IS THE BEST OF THE BEST FOR FIXED-BLADE POCKET CARRY that I’ve found!

The blade shape is very functional, with just the right amount of belly, in my view. The steel—well, what do I need to tell you about MagnaCut? I don’t put my knives to crazy hard use, so when it comes to steel qualities, I usually have to go by reputation, and the reputation for MagnaCut is stupendous. So it’s guaranteed that I could not need better.

The handle of the Rocker is indeed small, and of course that’s part of the point of this knife. But just like the grip of a Glock 26, it’s all I need! I can grip this knife tightly, and my pinkie finger rides just below the end of the handle. It’s very secure that way, and if I had to stab with the knife, my hand would not slip up onto the blade.

One of the greatest attributes of MKC knives is the PERFECT fit of their kydex sheaths. I cannot say enough good things about them. There is always a positive *snap* going in, and a *snap* coming out; and most importantly, ZERO RATTLE. ZERO! I have never felt a knife/sheath combo that’s more secure than an MKC knife.

I really like the texture that MKC puts on its G10 handle scales. G10 is my favorite handle material, actually, since it’s durable as hell and resistant to pretty much everything.

I always have either my Rocker or my Flat Tail in my pocket. I trust them implicitly, and I’m sure glad that I found MKC.

I’ve included a photo of my green/black Rocker. I was so sure I’d love this knife, I bought two! One black, one black/green.

Top on my list

MKC Rocker knife is my favorite by far. The G10 handle feels great. The magnacut steel cuts amazing second to none. I love how concealable it is I take the Kydex sheath move the clip up a little clip the Rocker to your side or pocket and you can barely notice is there. I love the Rocker so much I got 2 know. Thanks MKC
