The Cutbank features our signature flared handle with a rounded-out choil, allowing you to choke up on the grip for ultimate control.

A Blade That Rocks

The Cutbank’s blade resembles a modified Wharncliffe, with a slight belly on the blade geometry. This belly provides just the right amount of rocking motion to guide you through your cutting board motions.

It's just as thick as our standard Speedgoat knives, with a flat utility grind all around.

    One of the most used knifes in the kitchen

    Absolutely love this knife for food prep in the kitchen, loved it so much I bought a second one. My wife tells me I have a knife addiction, well I guess I do when it comes to MKC . The double sided knife holder is spot on, might have to get another as well.

    Best kitchen tool yet!

    The Cutback is simply the most useful knife in our kitchen. It’s sized perfectly to easily handle all your fruits and vegetables and equally does a nice job slicing cooked meat. This is a daily use knife all the way!

    The right addition

    This is my 3rd culinary knife from MKC and even though it is much smaller it has the same great feel as always. Just waiting to see what will be next for the collection. My wife already wanted another paring knife.
