We purchased three knives to start with and kept them in the health and leather wrap they came in. We really wanted to display them, as they are so gorgeous . We finally decided to order the knife stand when we bought the butcher knife and we couldn’t be happier. It is beautiful and helps me to grab my knives quickly when I need them. Every one that comes into our kitchen comments on the knives because they are displayed.
