What has attracted me to invest in a MKC knife is that it is a complete package deal that goes way beyond the knife. The knife itself is everything you’d expect; quality, beauty, comfort, durability. I love the color and finish options available. But the real selling point is the company behind it. It’s hard to trust a company these days when you can buy anything online from anywhere in the world. But hearing the innovation in the craft that MKC practices coupled with their guarantee of lifetime sharpening and service makes me comfortable investing in a blade I know I can pass down to my kids, and it will still be the sharpest knife around in 50 years. Standing behind a product is what American quality was built on decades ago and it’s a lost principle. The only improvement I can think of is imbedding a gps chip in the tang so I never have to worry about losing it. Glad I heard about MKC, and happy to hear the “old fashioned” company values coming back into play, well done guys.
