The Boning Butcher Knife sports our thickest, most comfortable knife handle to date. 

The chunky profile is a dream for larger hands and extended processing sessions. The handle scales — made from composite — can withstand any abuse without cracking or breaking, won’t absorb blood, and provide excellent grip, even when wet. The thick composite scales combined with the comfortable handle was made to ensure the knife would be comfortable to use for long periods of time when processing large volumes of meat.

    Culinary knives

    Just received my culinary knives, along with the Boning Butcher Knife, and they are magnificent! I previously owned an entire set of Cúco knives, but these far exceed them in quality and craftsmanship. They’re absolutely beautiful!

    I’m just waiting for the double-sided knife stand to come back in stock so I can display them properly. I can’t wait!
