The MKC Tek-Lok belt attachment is the industry gold standard when it comes to belt mounting solutions. Innovative and versatile, the Tek-Lok can accommodate up to a 2.25” belt as well as a multitude of mounting positions with 9 mounting holes to accommodate a variety of sheaths, holsters, and whatever else you can think of.
- DUAL LOCKS: With two locks, the Tek-Lok only comes off your belt when you want it to. The rotating secondary lock prevents the first lock from actuating unintentionally.
- BELT SIZE: Tek-Lok fits on a huge variety of belt sizes. From 1.5” everyday carry belts to 2.25” duty belts the Tek-Lok can fit on them all.
- ADJUST FOR THE PERFECT FIT: Two adjustable belt shims keep the Tek-Lok firmly locked onto duty belts or competition belts. Remove 1 shim or two to get the exact fit you want.

Sold out the Montana folder in 2 minutes at the 10 second mark your site wouldn’t let me purchase it. At the 2 minute mark it was sold out! Your drop afforded me to purchase Q-Live or Die Gypsy Handshake Knife Drop For 400.00, instead of your folding knife. The Good Lord Works in mysterious ways! The items I purchased don’t fit the 2 War Goat Sheeths that I have. Just more trash in my safe! Unhappy Customer Boca Raton Florida.

Sorry to hear you were disappointed when the folder sold out.As it explicitly states on the website, the TF24 backplate is ONLY compatible with the TF24 knife. We will happily accept these back, please reach out to info@montanaknifecompany.com!

This device will not clamp on hardly any surface. It has no grip or adjustment ability to accommodate multiple applications. It just slides up and down any belt I use, but is not large enough for a backpack strap. I had to buy self adhesive rubber pads so that it would grip my belt, but those aren’t thick enough for another belt. So if I put thicker pads on for that belt, it won’t fit the first belt. It also did not come with hardware which I also had to purchase, which if I remember, was just as expensive as the attachment, and I had to make two trips. (I should have checked before I left the first time) wanted to return, but didn’t want the hassle.

Worked well for a day. Then while switching from belt to backpack the lock broke in two spots. The primary lock should work fine though. Just not rugged enough for sausage fingers, sorry.

I wanted to carry my speed goat ultra horizontal but the loop that came with the kydex sheath was far larger than any belt my dickies work pants could accommodate. This was a great solution. It provides an adjustable sizing to fit pretty much any belt size from 1 to 2 inches.
This or something of MKC own design should be included with these premium knives standard

I really like the locking mechanism, have it set up on my backpack strap. It’s super secure and love that the sheath doesn’t move at all. I haven’t had the chance to really put it to the test yet in the field, but looking forward to testing it out soon.
