      A Good Cup of Joe

      I now have drank my way through my first two pounds of whole bean. I make it in a Yeti French press and it makes a rich, bold brew that stays hot. The four cups it yields lasts through the morning and never turns bitter, but remains smooth. Note: if you’re using a French press, use a coarse grind for the best extraction.
