Now I understand why these knives are so popular and sell out fast. Got to use this on a few turkeys this season and it is a joy to use. Sharp, good edge retention and allows for precision work to easily get all the meat. Love the feel of the knife and design makes it easy to use. Kydex sheath is great, too. Bought the field sharpener for easy and quick touch ups as needed. Can’t wait to use it more!

From the first cut, to the final cuts in the kitchen, this is my go-to blade for processing Geese. It was screaming sharp right out of the box and holds and edge longer than I expected.
