MKC - Graphic Designer
MKC Graphic Designer Summery:
Montana Knife Company is looking to bring on a talented individual with a passion for creativity, and the skills required to help us expand into new arenas of the print/digital/e-commerce world. In this role, you will support and work closely with the marketing and e-commerce team. The ideal candidate is a strong project manager, highly organized, proactive, and eager to grow a career with a fast-paced growing company in the outdoor industry.
Your Role:
- Strong Graphic Design Skills
- Collaborate with marketing team to understand project requirements and develop design concepts that align with brand standards and objectives
- Create visually appealing designs for various mediums such as websites (shopfiy), email marketing (klaviyo), and print materials/ads, packaging, event booth design, apparel, blog graphics
- Implement design elements into Shopify Websites and Klaviyo Email - ensuring a seamless and visually appealing customer experience
- Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, creating visually compelling designs that engage the target audience
- Partner with CMO & E-commerce Director to plan end-to-end e-commerce strategy for new product launches, product restocks, and data collection campaigns.
- Own and maintain Digital Calendar.
- Help support external agencies graphics needs, including SEO, PR, Paid Ads, and Community Marketing.
- Manage multiple projects and prioritize deadlines while maintaining high-quality design standards
Requirement & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in graphic design/marketing fields
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Familiarity with Shopify platform and web design tools such as HTML and CSS
- Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Email, Web Design
- Passion for the outdoors/hunting industry and interest in staying up-to-date on industry trends and innovations.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Photography Skills a Bonus
